Pathways Training forms strategic partnership with production company Creative Imagineering Ltd. to provide a one-stop shop for training needs.
Pathways Training and Development Ltd is expanding the range of services it offers to business and industry. The company, which specialises in Health and Safety training for business, industry and schools, has formed a strategic partnership with multimedia production company Creative Imagineers Ltd.
Pathways Training has a long and distinguished record of providing training services in the Education and Business sectors. Its best selling training CD, the Health and Safety Skills Kit, is used by schools around the UK as part of the GCSE curriculum, and to prepare pupils for placements in business and industry.
The company's newest training aid, an interactive multimedia production to provide Health and Safety Manual Handling training, is already finding a market amongst companies anxious to comply with regulations.
Managing Director Eddie Kenyon said, "There's a real demand from companies today who take their Health and Safety training seriously. Protecting staff from injuries, and companies from potential prosecutions, is a clear focus for employers. What we can do is provide them with the most efficient, accurate and repeatable way of training their employees to the required standard by avoiding the disruption to business that continued training can often create."
"Working with Creative Imagineers enables us to design and produce high quality training and induction courses on DVD which allow companies to spend more time on being profitable and productive, whilst still secure in the knowledge that their training needs are being met."
The partners have access to top level Health and Safety trainers to ensure that productions meet latest safety regulations and advice from the government's Health and Safety Executive.
"The days when Health and Safety training was two hours of boredom in a Portacabin are over now", said Kenyon. "Today, one of our productions can do a better job in a fraction of the time, and leave the employee feeling that they've learned something worthwhile."
